Cancellation policy

Cancellation of orders

Cancellation is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email
info@xeachwear.com
by stating the order number.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the goods can be returned within the scope of our right of withdrawal.

Cancellation of pre-orders (pre-order / reservations)

For products that are part of a Reservation or pre-order are purchased, special conditions apply:

  • Cancellation is possible within 48 hours after ordering possible.

  • After this period has expired, the individual production or preparation phase begins, which is why cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

Deposits already paid will be fully refunded in the event of a timely cancellation.

Non-cancellable orders

The following orders are excluded from cancellation:

  • personalized or custom-made items

  • custom-made designs

  • orders already shipped

Refund in case of cancellation

After successful cancellation, the refund will be made within 5-10 business days via the payment method originally used.

Pre-order & reservation conditions

General

Some Xeach products are delivered as part of a Pre-order or reservation offered. This option allows customers to secure limited edition designs before they become officially available.

By completing a pre-order, the customer accepts the following conditions.

Payment & Reservation

For pre-orders, payment is made either:

  • as full advance payment, or

  • as Deposit for reservation, if stated in the product offer.

A reservation guarantees the allocation of the product from a limited production series.

Production & delivery time

Pre-order items are only produced or finally prepared after the ordering phase has been completed.

The estimated delivery time is stated on the respective product page and may vary depending on the production process.

Delays can arise in particular due to:

  • handcrafted manufacturing processes

  • Material availability

  • international logistics

Xeach immediately informs customers of any significant changes to delivery times.

Cancellation of pre-orders

Cancellation is possible:

  • within 48 hours after ordering

After this period has expired, the order is considered binding as production or reservation of a limited item is initiated.

Refunds

In the event of a timely cancellation, the refund will be made within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

Right of withdrawal for pre-orders

The statutory right of withdrawal remains and can be exercised after receipt of the goods in accordance with our return conditions.

Limited availability

Many pre-order items are manufactured in strictly limited quantities. A reservation therefore not only ensures availability, but also supports sustainable, needs-based production.

Design and material deviations

Our products are developed with the greatest care and some are manufactured using complex, handcrafted processes. Many designs contain natural materials as well as individually processed elements.

Therefore, minor variations may occur, particularly in:

  • Color nuances of fabrics and materials

  • Structure and grain of natural stones

  • handmade details and applications

  • Representation of colors on different screens

Natural stones such as unakite, onyx or tiger's eye in particular are unique natural materials. Differences in color, drawing or transparency do not represent a defect, but rather underline the individuality of each individual design.

These production and material-related deviations are characteristic of high-quality designer pieces and do not give rise to complaints or warranty claims.
