Right of withdrawal (EU compliant)
You have the right to place your order within 14 days after receiving the goods to revoke without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, swimwear items can only be returned if:

all Original labels are still attached

the return in the Original packaging takes place
Items that do not meet these requirements are excluded from revocation.
Return shipping costs
The customer bears the direct costs of the return, provided there is no defect or delivery error.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be made within 5-10 business days via the payment method originally used.
Xeach can refuse the refund until the goods have been received back to us or proof of shipping has been provided.
Exchange
A direct exchange is possible if the desired item is available. Alternatively, a new order can be placed at any time after the return has been made.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed goods whose hygiene protection was removed after delivery

Our products are developed with the greatest care and some are manufactured using complex, handcrafted processes. Many designs contain natural materials as well as individually processed elements.
Therefore, minor variations may occur, particularly in:

Representation of colors on different screens
Natural stones such as unakite, onyx or tiger's eye in particular are unique natural materials. Differences in color, drawing or transparency do not represent a defect, but rather underline the individuality of each individual design.
These production and material-related deviations are characteristic of high-quality designer pieces and do not give rise to complaints or warranty claims.
