Delivery time

All orders are shipped within 5-10 working days shipped after order confirmation.

Please note that the delivery time may be extended in the following cases:

• during high order volumes (e.g. launch phases or promotions)

• on holidays

• for international deliveries outside the EU

Shipping costs

European Union (EU):
Shipping is free of charge for all deliveries within the European Union.

Outside the EU:
The shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed transparently before the order is completed. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the buyer.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking number, through which you can track the delivery status at any time.
